I can't sign up because my card won't work.

You can also try clearing your browser's cache to correct the problem. To clear the cache:

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files
Click the button to delete all temporary internet files

For Netscape:
Go to Edit >>> Preferences >>> Advanced >>> Cache
Click the button to clear the cache.
